No wonder the bill has 1.7 trillion dollars of spending- a big distraction to try to hide this part of it. Thanks for sharing this info.

Thank you for the summary. The "State" is growing ever more ominous, as the states grow ever less relevant. Soon we will have to change our name to the State of America ...

I fully understand the concept and intent of state's rights to govern their election processes. But I have always wondered why, when the so-called conservatives had control of the house, the senate and the white house, that they didn't enact some form of legislation for federal elections to require voter ID, ballot and election process integrity and rein in the wack-topian "every vote, no matter how illegitimate, counts" trend in the destruction of the United States. Then the last several years have proven how corrupt they are, how much the deep state and uniparty have infected our once great country.

Our once shining city on a hill, has become a whore house with a flickering neon "open" sign.
