Paul Ryan fully established himself as a RINO more than a decade ago. I remember far back enough that Ryan was pretending to be a Conservative in 2012. He had come up with a new budget plan for the federal government that was supposed to be great. Then later I found out that this wonderful new plan didn't even come close to balancing the federal budget. That was an immediate WTF???!!! moment.
