Chief Justice John Roberts is facing renewed scrutiny after his past connection to Chief Judge James E. “Jeb” Boasberg has come under the spotlight. Boasberg, who was appointed to the U.S. District Court by former President Barack Obama in 2011, was later tapped by Roberts in 2014 to serve on the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA), which approved surveillance on President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign.

Boasberg, who currently serves as the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, has been accused of judicial overreach in blocking President Trump’s deportation efforts.
Boasberg granted Kevin Clinesmith probation after Kevin entered a guilty plea on charges under 18 U.S.C. 1001 (a) (3). Boasberg used sentencing guidelines that don’t apply. There’s a history behind these garbage judges, it’s all pro deep state.

“In 2014, Roberts appointed Boasberg to serve a seven-year term on the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, which considers surveillance requests and wiretap warrants sought by federal law-enforcement agencies. He served as the presiding judge of that court, which handles almost all matters in secret.”
So let’s do the math, shall we? A seven year term beginning in 2014 will run to 2021. Is this not the same court that issued warrants to allow the DOJ and FBI to wiretap Donald Trump’s campaign, beginning I believe in 2015? The warrants that were used to dig up anything they could possibly find to feed the Russia Collusion hoax? Hmm…
I’m not saying that Chief Justice Roberts knew this would happen, or intended for it to happen, when he appointed Boasberg, but the two certainly do seem to be of a single mind when it comes to President Trump.
It is true, as it is often now said, that we are in the throes of a constitutional or legal crisis. It just isn't coming from the direction those claiming as much think it is. The true crisis is coming from an unhinged lower-court judicial insurrection.
If only there were a person uniquely situated to bring these judges to heel and thereby bring the crisis to a halt, thus re-legitimizing the judiciary in earnest. If only!
For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is a political decision by Congress. An activist judge ordering planes to turn around during a national-security operation is not a "judicial decision." That is a highly illegal and extremely dangerous sabotage of the presidency, which is an impeachable offense. Your statement is not an appropriate response. The normal impeachment process exists for that purpose.
Roberts is compromised- I believe something to do with his adoptive children. And a few others as well. If the Epstein's full files un-redacted were ever released I think some light may be shed on these corrupt judges and justices.
