This week, Bucks County's Democrat commissioners Diane Marseglia and Bob Harvie voted to count misdated ballots after Election Day in defiance of a PA Supreme Court ruling.
“I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country, and people violate laws anytime they want,” Marseglia said.
The PA Senate race is now heading to a recount.
