Texas congressional member Chip Roy went on a "based" rant against the tyrannical proposal of New York colleague Jerrold Nadler (D) to force every two-year-old in America to mask or it would be "child abuse."
Nadler kicked off the heated exchange with a disturbing proposal on the House floor arguing that young toddlers be forced to mask or that it would be "child abuse."
