States Grand Jury to Hold Big Pharma Accountable for Covid Vaccines is Approved by The Supreme Court of Florida
"You basically need like Elon is doing it for Twitter. You need to put someone at CDC who would want to actually ferret out all the nonsense. And clearly that's not going to happen anytime soon."
A states grand jury to investigate Big Pharma for civil and criminal wrongdoing related to its COVID-19 mRNA vaccines has been approved by the Supreme Court of Florida.
“A statewide grand jury shall be promptly impaneled for a term of twelve calendar months, to run from the date of impanelment, with jurisdiction throughout the State of Florida, to investigate crime, return indictments, make presentments, and otherwise perform all functions of a grand jury with regard to the offenses stated herein,” the court order stated.
"The Petitioner, the Honorable Ron DeSantis, Governor of Florida, has alleged that good and sufficient reason exists and that it is in the public interest to impanel a statewide grand jury, with jurisdiction throughout the State of Florida, to investigate crime, return indictments, make presentments, and otherwise perform all functions of a grand jury with regard to the offenses listed," the court order continued.
The grand jury probe will have sweeping scope and will include many targets for investigation. Those include: "Individuals, persons, and entities, including, but not limited to, pharmaceutical manufacturers (and their executive officers) and other medical associations or organizations involved in the design, development, clinical testing or investigation, manufacture, marketing, representation, advertising, promotion, labeling, distribution, formulation, packing, sale, purchase, donation, dispensing, prescribing, administration, or use of vaccines purported to prevent COVID-19 infection, symptoms, and transmission."
The grand jury will pursue charges for "other criminal activity or wrongdoing that the statewide grand jury uncovers during the course of the investigation if it determines that pursuing the criminal activity or wrongdoing is in the best interests of the investigation."
In his original petition, DeSantis provided an example of potential criminal fraud: “It is likely that individuals and companies with an incentive to do so” created the false perception that taking the COVID mRNA shots would prevent people from being infected or spreading the disease.
President Joe Biden, White House COVID-19 adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci, as well as Dr. Rochelle Walensky of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), are among the notable officials who propagated the fraudulent notion that mRNA shots significantly stop viral infection and transmission.
DeSantis remarked that it is “impossible to imagine that so many influential individuals came to this view on their own.”
In October, a Dutch member of the European parliament revealed that a Pfizer executive confessed the company never knew if the mRNA shots stopped transmission.
In the fallout of the story, 'fact checkers' attempted to come to the rescue by stating that "Pfizer was always clear it did not test whether the vaccines reduced the risk of transmission among already-infected individuals. But the trial did show the vaccines reduced infection risk in the first place, so reduced the risk of onward infection."
However, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla stated in April 2021 that the Covid mRNA shots were “100% effective in preventing COVID19 cases." This has proven to be simply untrue.
A Big Pharma company's CEO misleading the public about a pharmaceutical product's purported benefits without having performed adequate testing to substantiate the claims is the definition of fraud.
It is now a scientific fact the vaccinated spread the virus twice as much as those who simply have natural immunity. This new research eliminates the validity of claiming or implying the vaccines somehow protect family or community members; yet, this is a claim that continues to be made by various state public health departments.
The Florida Supreme Court has appointed Tampa-based judge Ronald Ficarrotta to preside over the grand jury, which is slated to meet for one year. Grand jury members are expected to be drawn from five judicial circuits. Statewide grand juries are typically comprised of 18 members. The grand jury will include at least five justices, who must participate in every case. At least four judges must agree in order for a decision to be reached.
Gov. DeSantis earlier announced that he was petitioning the Supreme Court to convene a states grand jury to investigate criminal prosecution and civil liability for Big Pharma over its mRNA vaccine push.
DeSantis also announced the formation of a Public Health Integrity Unit intended to hold the CDC, FDA, and NIH as a whole accountable for its health policy recommendations.
Following the live-streamed public announcement, DeSantis explained to a handful of journalistic outlets, including Becker News, the intentions behind the states grand jury.
“The Supreme Court — they don't have to approve the jury, but I think that they will because we meet the jurisdictional requirements,” DeSantis said. “And so that'll be empaneled, and you know, we did one for Parkland and it ended up, the superintendent got out and then the school board members got removed. And then we did have one for illegal immigration going on in the panhandle now wwith the border stuff."
“It's got some ability to use some process to maybe get some answers and hold some accountability,” he added. “And it could be civil, criminal, could be anything.”
Governor Ron DeSantis told Becker News that recent developments showing that public health officials sought to censor criticism of the mRNA shots, as has been revealed by the Twitter Files, may provide evidence of criminal intent to defraud the public.
“You think the censorship somehow ties into criminal intent?” I asked DeSantis.
“It could, yeah,” DeSantis replied. “Basically, you know, when Fauci is going to do this, when other bureaucrats are telling them to do it, of course, Pfizer was doing this as well — of course they were.”
“And so that will be something that you'll be able to do,” he added.
The Daily Wire's Megan Basham asked DeSantis an interesting question about the federal government's interest in getting Covid-19 response accountability.
"Do you think then it's going to fall to the states more and more to get answers on this?" she asked. "Do you have any hopes of any federal efforts to really find out what happened here?"
"No, of course not," DeSantis remarked. "Yeah, they're not going to do it... I mean, look, the federal government wanted people basically, almost at the point of a bayonet, to have to jab this stuff. There's no way they're going to admit that they — so they don't want to talk about it."
"We have a majority in the House coming in," he continued. "How much are they going to want to get involved? I don't know, to be honest with you."
"Because in reality for every time you can hit, you know, a Biden person, you could also hit the previous administration," DeSantis said. "I mean, Rob Redfield, who I know, CDC director said, if you wear a mask for six weeks, the pandemic will end. That's what he was saying in 2020. You know, they were the ones that pushed the stuff through very quickly with mNRA. So it's like, I don't know that, that the Congress, how much they're going to do that.
"It's always easier to just say, 'let's just find Hunter Biden's laptop and focus on that.' Right?" he added. "So they should do it in Congress. You know, we'll see. I don't think they're probably going to do a very good job. And there's no way CDC, NIH, or any of that will be to do that on their own... that is not going to happen."
"So we're gonna do our process with the grand jury," he added. "We will have probably more heft to that than, quite frankly, a congressional committee would, anyways. Because it's a criminal process... it's not just civil."
"You basically need like Elon is doing it for Twitter," he added. "You need to put someone at CDC who would want to actually ferret out all the nonsense. And clearly that's not going to happen anytime soon."
God bless Gov. Ron DeSantis and the free State of Florida. Make America Florida and we will once again be a free Republic, one Nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Amen.
Let’s hope this is a serious move by DeSantis and not just a dog and pony show to win an election.
