REVEALED: 'Rogue' Judges Share Family Ties to Radical NGOs Working to Block Trump's Agenda
"It turns out that several of the rogue judges desperately trying to stop Trump from carrying out his presidential duties have family ties to radical NGOs."
The rogue judges seeking to block President Donald J. Trump’s agenda appear to share an eerie similarity: Family members who work for radical NGOs.
Judge James Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia is facing serious questions about his impartiality after blocking Trump’s efforts to deport Venezuelan gang members.
Investigative journalist Laura Loomer first reported the judge’s family ties to Partners for Justice (PFJ), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that explicitly opposes deportation and criminal prosecution of illegal aliens.
EXCLUSIVE: Chief Judge Boasberg Blocked the deportation of Tren de Aragua gang member’s without disclosing the fact that his daughter works for a 501c3 called “Partners For Justice” that gives criminal illegal aliens and gang members legal advice.
I have exclusively uncovered a massive CONFLICT OF INTEREST involving Judge James Boasberg, the chief judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Judge Boasberg recently made the decision to prevent the deportation of criminal illegal alien gang members on planes out of the country. CONFLICT OF INTEREST EXPOSED The Judge has a daughter named Katherine Boasberg, who works for a 501(c)(3) organization called Partners for Justice.
The judge’s daughter is listed as a “Capacity Building Associate” at Partners for Justice.
Her profile, listing her pronouns as SHE/HER, describes what she does for PFJ:
Katharine assists the national team with its growing body of capacity building work in public defender offices across the nation.
Katharine joins PFJ after spending the last two years at the Center for Justice Innovation, where she worked as a case manager, assisting arraigned individuals who were mandated with Alternatives to Incarceration in the Brooklyn Criminal Court. Katharine is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a major in Social Theory & Practice, concentrating on prison reform. She worked as an Investigator and Mitigation Specialist in public and federal defender offices during her summers at school, which solidified her goal of pursuing a career in the criminal justice space.
Data Republican’s charting of charities reveals that Partners For Justice Inc. has a Gross Receipts of $6,070,208. Of that, it received $479,617 in grants, and $3,378,891 in taxpayer funds.
990 forms filed for 2023 and hosted at ProPublica show that these were for that fiscal year.
“Salaries and wages” listed for that year is a whopping $2,742,274. It discloses one Secretary salary of $124,423, but the salaries for President Emily Galvin, and 9 directors, are not listed. It also lists $363,822 for “travel.”
Under Schedule A, it shows that the Public Support for the organization has grown exponentially since 2019. In that year, it was $905,719. But by 2023, it had grown to $6,020,208 received for that year.
Another fascinating finding that can be seen in the Data Republican report, and traced to 990 statements, is the tie of Partners for Justice to both the left-wing Tides Foundation (a major funder of district attorneys often referred to in shorthand as “Soros DAs”) and a small organization called Delaware Center for Justice Inc.
In 2023, DCJ received $2,808,846 in contributions. Who is strongly connected to DCJ?
None other than former President and Vice President Joe Biden’s daughter: Ashley Biden.
DCJ received a $160,00 federal grant about the same time it appointed Joe Biden’s daughter Ashley Biden as executive director in 2014.
“His daughter, Ashley Biden, 38, had been associate director of the Delaware Center for Justice for about a year at the time,” the Washington Examiner reported. “Two months after the grant selection, the nonprofit organization announced that she had been promoted to executive director.”
“Joe Biden was one of the top advocates for the Edward Byrne grant while in the Senate and helped steer $1.7 billion to the program as vice president. The grant, which was named in honor of a fallen New York City Police Department officer, typically supports efforts to strengthen local law enforcement. The program has also faced criticism from justice reform organizations, including the American Civil Liberties Union, which claimed it perpetuated ‘racial disparities, police corruption, over-incarceration and civil rights abuses’.”
DCJ mentions about bail reform: “DCJ has been fighting to reform that structure for years, and we aren’t giving up until the battle is won...”
A reported $59,028 made its way from Partners for Justice to Delaware Center for Justice through a group called Hamilton Area Young Men’s Christian.
Judge James Boasberg’s ties to left-wing activism extend beyond his daughter’s work at Partners for Justice. His wife, Elizabeth “Liddy” Manson, is a tech executive and the founder of Meadow Reproductive, an abortion clinic in Northern Virginia that opened in response to the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. Public records show Manson has donated over $10,000 to Democratic candidates, and she has been an outspoken supporter of Hillary Clinton. Following Trump’s victory in 2016, she posted about needing “a smile” after what she called a “ghastly week.”
Manson’s clinic has been promoted by top Biden administration officials. She was seen giving Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff and HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra a tour of Meadow Reproductive, further linking her to the Democratic political establishment. In addition to Manson’s activism, reports indicate that the Boasbergs’ daughter now works as a medical assistant at her mother’s abortion clinic, raising further concerns about potential conflicts of interest within the judge’s rulings.
Given these ties, critics argue that Boasberg is deeply embedded in the left-wing establishment, with both his wife and daughter actively involved in causes that directly oppose Trump’s policies.
Judge Merchan 2.0
The case is reminiscent of that of Judge Juan Merchan, who presided over Trump’s criminal trial and ultimately declared him a “convicted felon.”
Judge Juan Merchan has a long history of overseeing politically sensitive cases. Before presiding over Trump’s hush money trial, Merchan handled cases related to Trump’s business dealings and former Trump advisor Steve Bannon. His reputation as a tough judge on Trump-related cases led to concerns about bias even before the trial began.
However, the most significant conflict arose from his daughter, Loren Merchan, who co-founded Authentic Campaigns, a progressive consulting firm deeply entrenched in Democratic politics. Merchan's daughter also played a key role in Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign, raising alarms about a potential conflict of interest when her father was assigned to oversee Trump’s trial.
Public records show Authentic Campaigns received at least $9 million from Democratic clients during the 2019–2020 election cycle.
More recent records reveal that from June to November 2024 alone, the firm was paid at least $7.3 million by high-profile Democratic officials and PACs.
Despite these concerns, Judge Merchan did not recuse himself from the case.
All-in-the Family: The USAID-Blocking Judge
U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang, an Obama appointee, issued an injunction against Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), arguing that their attempt to dismantle USAID violated the Constitution in multiple ways. The ruling, however, leaves open the possibility for the Trump administration to implement the cuts through official USAID leadership.
In a 68-page ruling, Chuang determined that Musk and his team had overstepped executive authority by effectively eliminating USAID without congressional approval.
The judge cited separation of powers violations and argued that Musk’s role in the decision-making process bypassed the Senate confirmation process required for officials wielding significant power. The ruling also ordered USAID personnel to be reinstated and banned Musk and DOGE from further involvement in staff reductions or budget cuts.
However, because the injunction applies only to Musk and DOGE, Trump’s officials may still move forward with the restructuring under Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who is currently overseeing USAID.
The ruling has intensified scrutiny of Judge Chuang’s own political and familial ties, which suggest a potential conflict of interest. Chuang’s wife, Jacinta Ma, has held multiple positions within left-wing immigration and advocacy organizations, including her role as Vice President of Policy and Advocacy at the National Immigration Forum (NIF).
This organization supports mass amnesty, opposes border security policies, and has received significant funding from George Soros’ Open Society Foundations.
War Room’s Natalie Winters provided details on this seedy relationship:
The wife of the Judge blocking the USAID shutdown worked for Joe Biden!
She also worked for the National Immigration Forum, a radical pro-open borders advocacy group.
Meet the far-left Jacinta Ma.The National Immigration Forum advocates for MASS AMNESTY and staunchly opposes border enforcement policies.
George Soros's Open Society Foundation is also reportedly the group's largest donor.
“Ma herself is an avid Democrat, having donated 24 times to Democrat candidates, including to President Trump's opponents,” Winters noted.
Musk, who has been a vocal critic of activist judges, has called for their impeachment, arguing that they are “overstepping their authority to block the president’s lawful agenda.”
The ruling is the latest in a series of judicial challenges against Trump’s aggressive administrative reforms. It turns out that several of the rogue judges desperately trying to stop Trump from carrying out his presidential duties have family ties to radical NGOs.
If America ever wants to have a normal functioning government, it must first dismantle these radical NGOs, which function like a “parallel government”
The Parallel Government: How the NGO Complex Will Outlast Trump's Reforms If It Isn't Dismantled Now
The NGO complex has become a “parallel government” that is designed to manufacture consent to unelected elites draining trillions of dollars from our treasury in order to meddle in foreign affairs and rule over our lives.
Keep this going!! People need to know the “root of all evil” AND why these Left Wing judges want to stop the Trump Mandates, BECAUSE their honey 🍯 is going away!!!
The real question to this issue is simple: when will the US Attorney General bring federal charges against the Soros network, the ACLU, and Judge James Boasberg? No, I am not kidding, and to borrow a phrase from President Trump, it is just “Common Sense.” Furthermore, it is in keeping with U.S. law and constitutionality.
There is a clear message that has to be sent: supporting criminal illegal immigrants and terrorist organizations will not be tolerated any longer. And there is a reason why the Democrats have a 27% approval rating, this is a clear indicator.
Now, if a dumb ol’ retired Lieutenant Colonel who still jumps out of airplanes can dissect this and make it plain and simple to understand…why can’t the Attorney General of the United States do so? And take action to bring charges against said entities who are supporting Tren de Aragua and MS-13. We do not want them in this Country, and anyone who supports that notion is in violation of US Code, our Constitution, and just plain stuck on stupid!
