This administration has been lawless from the start, and gotten away with it, so why stop now? I mean, look at the border, the cities that burned during the riots and deaths of 2020 and NO ONE has been charged, yet there are grandmothers denied bail and held in jail from Jan 6 participation…I could go on and on…Trump is not the cause, he is the REACTION. WE THE PEOPLE ARE SICK TO DEATH OF THE NEVER ENDING CORRUPTION and the republicans inability and lack of will to do anything about it. So we the people hired a new sheriff. Seems like he has a much better grasp of the job ahead this time, and is surrounding himself with the deputies that will actually help and not hurt him…

Bill Clinton pardoned his brother for selling cocain . Seems like that’s what corrupt politicians do. And get away with it.

Excellent post describing how this blanket pardon is not only unjust but not legally binding. Do we have anyone in our justice system willing to take this on?

"It would create a two-tiered justice system..."

I think we've passed that point long ago.

We KNOW what the Biden's are trying to hide. Follow the illegal monies from several enemy countries into the coffers of the Biden family. It will ,now, never to be proven in a court of law. But this is the Elitist Leftist way. All animals are equal, just some animals are more equal than others.

The public trust in our broken legal system (for which--thanks, democrats) is already long gone, thanks to the continued lawfare prosecutions of conservatives over their political and religious views, in direct violation pf the First Amendment.

Every president has done this for someone. Not sure how this case violates the law but others didn’t.

Is it legal to pardon someone for crimes not stated? Isn't this like the NY trial of Trump, where "the charges" were unknown, and it was a multiple choice card of options for Jurors. Yeah. That's what happened. OBVIOUSLY, this is not legal. Can the terms of a Pardon be questioned? In view of TRAITORS, can it be challenged? Has Congress no discretion if the person ISSUING the Pardon for Treason is a PART OF THE CONSPIRACY??

What if it turns out Hunter killed one of his lil INFANT pedo encounters?

He showed THOSE kids in his videos, too. Did all of them "live" to tell what happened to them once they realize? Maybe that would be in State Court and still to come. That might prove valuable for related testimony.

The law regarding Presidential Pardons

" ...any attempt by a president to issue and grant a self-pardon would undoubtedly touch off a constitutional crisis and likely lead, at a minimum, to impeachment inquiries. Considering the original intent of the Framers, who were weary of tyranny, there would be serious constitutional concerns over the fact that a self-pardon could absolve presidents of criminal liability for either their official or unofficial acts, or even for crimes they may have committed before assuming the presidency."

The issue is that this particular scenario has never before happened. Biden, Sr. is OBVIOUSLY complicit in Jr.s' Treason based on the telephone call with "The Big Guy" when Biden, Sr. was on the other end of the line with Hunter and an international sovereign.

Reminds me of a song: Who let the dogs out. hooo...who, WHO?

Is it SCOTUS? Will they do the right thing??

Correction. Actually, after studying this more, it’s written in to the law that blanket pardon for unknown offenses are legal.

But it doesn’t affect Biden, Sr.’s vulnerability.

t’s worth noting that while Hunter has faced relentless scrutiny for his personal struggles, Donald Trump’s children—Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric—have skirted accountability despite serious allegations of criminal activity. These include defrauding investors in Trump real estate projects, violating campaign finance laws through unreported donations, and misusing charitable funds from the Trump Foundation (which was shut down after a court found it repeatedly broke the law). Yet, none of these cases were pursued with the same fervor as Hunter’s relatively minor charges.
