Explosive New Report Links Hunter Biden to the Classified Documents Found in Joe Biden's Garage
"The corvette standard is actually not in classified protocols..."
President Joe Biden has finally found himself on the wrong side of a special counsel investigation.
On Thursday, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced that is appointing a special counsel to investigate the classified documents found in President Joe Biden’s private office and home.
“Attorney General Merrick Garland has appointed a special counsel to take over the investigation into President Joe Biden’s potential mishandling of classified documents,” CNN reported. “The special counsel is Robert Hur.”
“Two special prosecutors have been appointed,” CNN also reported.
In contrast to Donald Trump storing the documents he declassified as president and storing them at a safe storage facility at Mar-a-Lago, Joe Biden took the documents while vice president and they remain classified to this day.
And to make matters worse, it came out that a second batch of classified documents were found at his Wilmington home garage. These are in addition to those found in a think tank closet at the Penn Biden Center office in Washington, D.C. There are even reports of a third batch of classified documents that have been discovered.
Biden went off-script talking to Fox News’ Peter Doocy about the security of his garage by claiming that is where he keeps his “Corvette.”
“Classified material next to your Corvette! What were you thinking?” Doocy said to the President in response. Biden defended himself by saying, “My Corvette is in a locked garage, OK? So it’s not like they’re sitting out on the street.”
Biden was so brazen about his illegal activity that he actually filmed a campaign video with his corvette in 2021. One can see stacks of boxes in the back of the garage where the classified documents were reportedly found.
Legal analyst Jonathan Turley reacted to the development on the documents being found in Biden's garage.
"The President just said that the documents found in his garage are in a 'locked garage' like his corvette," Turley said. "The corvette standard is actually not in classified protocols..."
"The corvette statement was remarkably ill-considered," he added. "It was a cringe-worthy moment. After being given a carefully worded statement by his lawyers and staff, the President ad-libbed and suggested that his locked garage was a secure space for classified material."
Miranda Devine, author of the "Laptop from Hell," has added a new twist to the story: Hunter Biden claimed he owned the house where Biden kept the classified documents.
Devine provides the document showing Hunter Biden claiming to own the house.
The address also appears on a copy of Hunter Biden’s driver’s license.
A further link between the classified documents and Hunter Biden has been discovered on his infamous laptop.
Biden became the "Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor" at the University of Pennsylvania shortly after leaving the office of the vice president. According to emails from Hunter Biden’s infamous abandoned laptop, he discussed plans for the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement that involved Hunter Biden.
On April 25, 2016, Creative Artists Agency (CAA) agent Craig Gering emailed Hunter with "confidential notes from our meeting," according to the Fox News report. Gering reveals that plans that were discussed for the vice president upon leaving office.
"The Biden Institute of Foreign Relations at the University of Pennsylvania," Gering's email read. "Focus on foreign policy. In addition to the institute at U of Penn, the school has an existing office in DC that will be expanded to house a DC office for VP Biden (and Mike, Hunter and Steve?). Operates like The Clinton Global Initiative without the money raise."
Donald Trump said he thinks he knows what is in Biden’s classified documents stash and that is why it was covered up until after the midterm elections.
“I think they knew long before November 2,” Trump told John Solomon on his podcast from January 11.
Trump added, “I think he knew probably right from the beginning and I think a lot of it had to do with Ukraine, because that was the papers he kept. And no, I think they knew about this for a long time and they didn’t do anything about it.”
As reported by National Public Radio, Biden said the documents were “found in a box in a locked closet at the Penn Biden Center office in Washington, D.C.. They were turned over to the National Archives as soon as they were discovered by his personal attorneys on November 2, before the midterm elections.”
The news about Biden’s apparently illegal possession of classified documents was only reported this week — months after the midterm elections.
According to a report from CNN, the ‘classified’ documents contain information on highly sensitive subjects.
“Among the classified documents from Joe Biden’s time as vice president discovered in a private office last fall are US intelligence memos and briefing materials that covered topics including Ukraine, Iran and the United Kingdom,” a source told CNN.
“A total of 10 documents with classification markings were found last year in Biden’s private academic office and they were dated between 2013 and 2016,” the report added.
The Ukraine documents, in particular, hold particular intrigue due to his son Hunter Biden’s relations with the Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings.
Burisma had paid his son over $80,000 a month to be a “consultant” for the firm, despite Hunter Biden having no relevant experience in the industry. Hunter’s salary would be cut two months after his father Joe Biden left the office of the vice president.
Joe Biden in 2016 had pressured the Ukrainian government to fire a prosecutor that was investigating Burisma’s leadership for corruption.
A series of documents from the Obama-Biden administration showed that representatives for Burisma Holdings sought a meeting with the State Department in February 2016 to discuss the corruption allegations.
Burisma’s representatives invoked the former vice president’s youngest son, Hunter, in order to try to get a meeting with the State Department. The FOIA documents obtained in a lawsuit by John Solomon did not indicate if the meeting ever took place.
On one of the last days of his term as vice president, Joe Biden traveled to Kyiv. FOIA documents hosted at the U.S. State Department show one possible explanation why.
Viktor Nebozhenko, a political scientist, was cited in an email from then Foreign Service Institute director Karen Robblee to former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch speculating on the timing of Biden’s visit and what it could possibly mean.
“Donald Trump said that he will carry out an audit of investments in security and democracy in Ukraine,” Nebozhenko said. “For 8 years the US Administration has turned a blind eye to our corruption and gave a lot of money through the IMF and various funds. And all this has disappeared somewhere. Trump, as the new director of the company under the name of the United States, wants to know where that money went.”
“Biden may become a subject of consideration in the US Congress on the effectiveness of aid to Ukraine, and then he will be asked where the money of the American taxpayers went,” he added.
That was prior to Donald Trump being “impeached” for a phone call to Ukrainian president Volodomyr Zelensky pressing him to look into the matter. Trump was later acquitted.
When asked how documents from Biden’s vice presidency might “change the equation” in regards to Special Counsel Jack Smith’s probe into the Mar-a-Lago documents, Trump said, “Well, I think it totally changes that.”
“I was perfect under the Presidential Records Act,” Trump added. “I did absolutely nothing wrong.”
The FBI agents had seized over 11,000 documents and photographs without classified markings from Trump’s resort, along with about 100 documents marked ‘classified’ or ‘top secret.’ Trump has argued that he declassified these materials when he left office.
Trump argued that the FBI should raid Biden’s properties, as well as those belonging to his son Hunter Biden.
“What about all of these places that he’s got?” Trump asked. “What about his house? What about Hunter’s house? You know, who’s going to go in there like they did with me? Who’s gonna do that?”
The Special Counsel investigation, if it is legitimate, may lead to Joe Biden being impeached and removed from office. But the track record of this administration suggests that it is just another 'cover up' operation — like the Hunter Biden laptop "investigation" and the fact we are only hearing about Biden's classified documents stashes now instead of before the midterm elections.
