CIA Shifts Stance on Covid Origins, Now Favors Lab Leak Theory

The Central Intelligence Agency on Saturday issued a fresh reassessment favoring the theory that the Covid-19 pandemic originated from an accidental leak at the Wuhan lab, which marks a major shift in the agency's position.

The report comes shortly after the new CIA Director John Ratcliffe was confirmed by a vote in the U.S. Senate.
